Fuenteseca Reserva Extra Añejo 8 Year is the second expression in Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca’s vertically structured Highland Jalisco tequila lineup — 100% Blue Weber agave aged 8 years in a combination of American and French oak barrels at NOM 1146 in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco. Far exceeds the 3-year minimum for Extra Añejo designation.

Fuenteseca is among the most rigorously documented tequilas in Mexico. The 8 Year sits one step above the 7 Year entry, with additional oak development while retaining a recognizable Highland agave character beneath the wood influence.
