Merlet is a family distiller based in Saint-Sauvant in the heart of Cognac, with generations of eaux-de-vie expertise. This XO (Extra Old) expression is a blend whose youngest eaux-de-vie are aged well beyond the minimum, developing the depth, roundness, and complexity that define the grade.
