Sibona Port Aged Grappa is a port-cask finished grappa from the Sibona distillery in Piobesi d’Alba, Piemonte — the family’s grappa rested in port wine barrels for added layers of dark fruit, fortified-wine sweetness, and oak character on top of the underlying grappa base. Bottled at 1000ml.

Sibona is a respected Piemontese grappa producer with a series of cask-finished grappas alongside their varietal range. The Port Aged expression draws on port wine barrels for one of the most distinctive finishing programs in their lineup.
