Sibona is an Italian grappa and liqueur producer from Canale, Piedmont, crafting traditional pomace distillates aged in unusual barrels. Range: Barolo Grappa (Barolo pomace, oak and vanilla), Whiskey Barrel Grappa (aged in Tennessee whiskey barrels, vanilla and spice), Port Aged Grappa (port barrel maturation, dried fruit and richness), Alo-E Liqueur (aloe and honey in fine grappa), and Camomile Liqueur (chamomile and grappa).
