Bozal — Spanish for "wild" or "untamed" — sources wild agave from the uncultivated lands of Oaxaca, Guerrero, and Durango. Jabalí is notoriously hard to work with, prone to foaming over during distillation, which makes this ancestral-method Reserva a showcase of the mezcalero's skill.
