Aragoshi means “roughly pressed”. Fresh whole yuzu fruit was squeezed into this sake with a total juice content of 21% and plenty of natural pulp. The natural citrus oils and juice of handpicked fruit give an extremely bright example of yuzu. Great chilled, on the rocks, or (!) mixed in a cocktail. 8% ABV.
Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

I've been watching alot of Iron Chef America lately and Iron Chef Morimoto's use of yuzu has made me very curious. When I saw this available on the site, I had to try it. Straight up, chilled or on the rocks, this us very similar to unsweetened lemonade. I, personally, do not enjoy unsweetened lemonade. Add sugar or simple syrup, though, and this makes some great cocktails. It works nicely to spike a glass of lemonade or as a substitute for cocktails that call for lemonade. I'm not in love, but I am definitely able to enjoy this.
