The Toasted Oat Grain takes the Oat Grain mash bill — corn, oats (replacing rye), and malted barley — and introduces a toasted barrel finishing step after initial maturation in new charred American oak. The toasted cask adds caramelized wood sweetness and vanilla depth on top of the soft, porridge-like grain character that oats contribute, creating a particularly smooth and sweet Masters Collection expression.
