Wolfburn Aurora is a sherry-cask-finished expression from Scotland’s most northerly mainland distillery — Wolfburn in Thurso, Caithness, revived in 2013, presenting the distillery’s clean, fresh, and maritime Highland character with a secondary maturation in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks to add the warm, dried fruit, and spice of Oloroso to the naturally light and coastal base spirit.
