Bottled at cask strength it is 100% single barrel rye whiskey and aged for just over 12 years. Limited availability so please seek out at the finest retailers or whiskey bars for your best opportunity to taste.
Nose: Complex, orange peel, charred oak, caramel, and a hint of gingerbread.
Palate: Vanilla and cherry wood, cinnamon butterscotch, spiced & charred wood, peppercorns, the flavors go on and on.
Finish: The whiskey warms you from the inside and has an everlasting gobstopper of a spicy finish.
