Founded in 1999 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh in Carlow, in the heart of Ireland.

Walsh Whiskey is a leading independent producer of super-premium and ultra-premium triple-distilled Irish whiskeys, including The Irishman and Writer’s Tears. The Founder’s Reserve is The Irishman’s flagship blend; the Caribbean Cask Finish takes that base and rounds it with ex-rum cask maturation for a distinctive tropical-edged expression.
