TASTING NOTES
Nose: The influence of the Sherry cask is forever present, with notes of dark chocolate.
Taste: Toasted oak and sweet sherried raisins gives a complexity that is satisfying to the palate.
Finish: A combination of nutty oloroso sherry as well as a dark chocolate that begs to continue.
