Porfidio Agave Dry Gin

Gin is unquestionably the most versatile, free-spirited, and innovative of spirits, since it allows distillers such scope for creativity, namely, an uninhibited spectrum of choices in terms of base spirit, infusion method, and botanical infusion materials. As traditional distillers of cult-status agave spirits (Porfidio), we thus chose a pure agave distillate as the noble base spirit for the maceration of aromatic cacti and agave flowers from the Mexican desert alongside Italy’s finest juniper berries. For extra smoothness, this gin is then aged for 5 years in Italy’s finest chestnut tree casks. Drink it straight, like any great cask-aged spirit, or mix it with tonic, whatever your preference. Gorgeous on the palate and smooth, even at 47% Alc.! Aromatic elements: agave flowers, tuna cactus flowers, pitaya cactus flowers, juniper, chestnut wood.
