Pastis Prado was founded in 1923 when pastis was extremely fashionable in France. Smooth and refreshing, it is a popular expression of pastis in its birthplace, Marseille. Pastis Prado is enjoyed as an aperitif and is commonly used for cooking in savory seafood dishes, such as steamed mussels.
