New Holland Beer Barrel Bourbon is a beer-barrel-finished bourbon from New Holland Brewing Company’s Artisan Spirits division — a bourbon finished in barrels that previously held New Holland’s acclaimed Dragon’s Milk stout, layering the brewery’s rich stout character over the bourbon for a distinctive beer-inspired profile.

New Holland Brewing Company’s craft roots go back to 1997, and its Artisan Spirits division (founded 2006) bases its distilling and aging on the techniques developed as craft brewers. New Holland brews and distills across three Michigan locations in Holland and Grand Rapids, and sells beer and spirits across dozens of states. The Beer Barrel Bourbon is the flagship of its beer-barrel-finished whiskey line — a true brewer-distiller crossover.
