The Cascadia d’Amore expression interprets the Italian amaro tradition through Pacific Northwest sensibilities, producing a complex bittersweet character balanced for cocktail use or neat sipping.

New Deal Distillery was an early Portland craft distillery, helping establish the Distillery Row neighborhood as one of the largest concentrations of small craft distilleries in the US.
