MGP 10 Year Bourbon Chapter One: Out of the Shadows is the inaugural release from MGP's first-ever namesake consumer brand, bringing whiskey from the historic Lawrenceburg, Indiana distillery to drinkers under the MGP name. Master Distiller Ian Stirsman blended barrels from the distillery's LBSV mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, all aged a full decade in Rickhouse G. Bottled at 111 proof, the high-rye recipe delivers dark sweetness, ripe fruit, chocolate, leather, sassafras, and assertive baking spice.
