Maker’s Mark Bourbon (90pf) is the classic expression crafted from soft red winter wheat instead of rye, producing the characteristically smooth and rich flavour that distinguishes Maker’s from rye-recipe bourbons. Barrels are hand-rotated through the warehouse for consistency. Maker’s 46 (94pf) is aged longer with seared French oak staves inserted into the barrel for additional complexity from the caramelised wood sugars, adding a more full-bodied and nuanced character. Maker’s Mark Cask Strength is uncut and unfiltered, aged approximately 6 years, presenting a bold aroma of caramel, Indian spices, and roasted corn with flavours of caramel apples, brown sugar, and bananas, finishing with hints of citrus and apple cider.
