The Macallan Edition Series Full Collection is a complete set of all six annual Macallan Edition expressions — from Edition No. 1 (with Ilse Crawford, 2015) through Edition No. 6 (the final edition, 2021) — assembled as a collector gift set that documents the entire creative collaboration series in one comprehensive package.

The Edition Series paired The Macallan’s whisky team with creative collaborators from design, art, architecture, and other disciplines for each annual release. The six editions together represent a complete record of this series: No. 1 (Ilse Crawford), No. 2 (Rafael de Cárdenas), No. 3 (no external collaborator), No. 4 (Roja Dove), No. 5 (Yulia Brodskaya), No. 6 (Gentle Monster and Rankin). Frequently Asked Questions

How many editions were in the Macallan Edition series?

Six editions, released annually from 2015 to 2021. Each featured a collaboration with a creative partner from outside the whisky industry, with the collaborator’s discipline informing the cask selection philosophy for that edition.

Is the full Edition Series collection a limited collector item?

Yes — as a complete set of six discontinued limited releases, the full collection has significant collector value. The Edition series is no longer in production, making complete sets increasingly difficult to assemble.
