Kilchoman Family Collection 14 Year Old Ex-Bourbon Barrels is a 100% Islay single malt from the inaugural 2026 Family Collection — Rockside Farm barley distilled in 2011, matured fourteen years in ex-bourbon barrels, bottled at 50.9% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour.

Part of the first Family Collection, this expression comes from casks selected by the founding Wills family during their annual review of maturing stock. As a 100% Islay release it uses barley grown at Rockside Farm and malted on-site at Kilchoman, peated to approximately 20 ppm — a gentler smoky foundation than the collection's Port Ellen malt expressions. Ex-bourbon barrels bring creamy vanilla, toffee, and oak spice alongside the spirit's citrus and malt character, balancing honeyed sweetness, bright fruit, and restrained peat smoke.
