On its own, chilled or on the rocks, this has a predominantly sour pineapple taste. Not terrible, but I, personally, don't love it. Mixed with my other citrus flavored liquors and some triple sec or simple syrup, it has definite potential. The blue color makes it a great addition to cocktails if you're entertaining. The look is more appealing than the taste, for me, even though the flavor profile is right up my alley.
