Highland Park 17 Year Between You & I is a limited Orkney single malt created with New York-based artist Laila Gohar, the second release in the Between You & I series exploring how whisky flavors spark personal memory. Master Whisky Maker Marc Watson sampled more than 80 casks for this bottling, which matured for 11 years in refill casks before finishing in highly active, unseasoned American oak. The new oak brings vibrant fruit, orange blossom, vanilla, and warming spice while Highland Park's honeyed malt and aromatic peat smoke remain present. It is bottled at 47.5% ABV.
