From the moment of barrel entry, this whiskey undergoes a patient maturation process. Starting with an entry proof ranging from 105 to 115, the spirit matures gracefully over time, extracting the essence of the oak and transforming into a symphony of flavors. Bottled at its original proof of 105, we maintain the integrity and authenticity of this exceptional whiskey.
