R. Jelinek Fernet is a traditional 38% ABV (76 proof) Czech herbal liqueur, first created in the late 19th century near Luhačovice. It is a dark, inky brown digestive with a strong,, bitter, and complex profile dominated by anise, cloves, and botanicals such as gentian and chamomile.

Origin: Produced by R. Jelinek in Vizovice, Czech Republic, rooted in the Habsburg era.
Profile: Intense and, bitter with a medicinal edge, featuring notes of dried fruit (raisins), mint, and deep herbal spice.

Ingredients: Crafted from a secret blend of 14 herbs and roots.

Usage: Best served chilled as a digestive (digestif), neat, paired with coffee/espresso, or in cocktails.
