D'USSÉ was founded as a joint venture between Jay-Z and Bacardi, launched in 2012 and produced at the historic Château de Cognac in the Grande Champagne cru. The VSOP expression uses eaux-de-vie from all four Cognac crus selected by Maître de Chai Michel Casavecchia, aged a minimum of four and a half years in Limousin oak for the rounded dried fruit, vanilla, and warming spice that defines the house style.
