Creator’s Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made and bottled by hand — a hand-crafted bourbon built around experiments with a range of charred American white oak staves to add body and dial up notes of maple syrup and dried citrus, with cherry, wood, and spice anchoring the palate.

The Creator’s Cut backstory is folklore-inspired: their heroine toiled with notes of cherry, wood, and spice, struck the perfect balance, and then heard a knock at the door. The Devil demanded the batch; the Angels descended for their share; in the end the heroine brokered a truce — the Devil got his share, but not before the Angels took their cut. She stashed one final bottle to rebuild the recipe — the Creator’s Cut.
