Château Sainte Marguerite Fantastique is a Cru Classé Côtes-de-Provence rosé from one of just 18 Crus Classés estates in Provence, certified organic and vegan, expressing the La Londe terroir.
Château Sainte Marguerite has been a Cru Classé estate since 1955, and an environmental pioneer — farming 100% organic (Ecocert certified) since 2003 and producing entirely vegan wines without animal inputs. The Fantastique cuvée is a precise expression of the estate's La Londe terroir, blending Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle (Vermentino). Made with cold pellicular maceration before pressing, thermoregulated vinification, selection of the best vats, and aging on fine lees before fining and filtration, it is a refined, age-worthy Provençal rosé built to cellar four to five years.
