Carpano Classico in 375ml is the home bartender's everyday vermouth in the right size to actually finish before it oxidizes. Lighter and drier than Antica Formula, with citrus brightness and gentle wormwood, Classico is built for cocktails where the spirit should lead and the vermouth supports.

Why the 375ml

Vermouth is wine — fortified, but still wine. Once opened, it should be refrigerated and finished within four to six weeks for peak flavor. The 375ml format gives you a fresh bottle through the cycle without watching half of it go flat. It's also the right starting point if you've never used Carpano Classico and want to compare it against Antica Formula side by side.

How many cocktails does a 375ml of Carpano Classico make?

About 25 cocktails at a 0.5 oz pour (Manhattan-style) or roughly 12 Negronis at 1 oz. Refrigerate after opening and aim to finish within 4–6 weeks for the freshest pour.

Is Carpano Classico the same as Carpano Antica Formula?

No. They're two different vermouths from the same house. Classico is lighter, drier, and more spice-forward. Antica Formula is richer, more aromatic, and built around vanilla and dried fig. Use Classico when the spirit should lead; use Antica when the vermouth should.

Does Carpano Classico need refrigeration after opening?

Yes. Carpano Classico is wine-based and oxidizes after opening. Store in the fridge with the cap tight, and finish within 4–6 weeks for peak flavor.
