Bruxo No. 3 is a craft mezcal made from 100% Barril agave, produced at a traditional palenque in Oaxaca, Mexico — a single-varietal Barril expression with aromas of nutmeg and minerality and a slight cantaloupe finish, showcasing one of mezcal’s wilder agave varieties on its own.

The Bruxo range is built around the use of only fully mature agave and traditional palenque production methods. Bruxo No. 3 isolates Barril — a less common agave variety — in its own bottling to highlight its distinct minerality and melon character.
