Barsol Selecto Acholado is a blended Peruvian pisco — an Acholado-style blend of pisco distilled from three Ica Valley grape varietals: approximately 65-70% Quebranta, 20% Italia, and 10% Torontel, with the master blender keeping the exact proportions confidential. The blend captures the body of Quebranta with the aromatic intensity of Italia and Torontel.

Acholado is the Peruvian pisco style that blends multiple grape varieties to combine their distinctive characteristics, in contrast to single-variety pisco puro. Barsol’s Acholado is built around the Quebranta backbone for body and structure, with the floral aromatic grapes layered on top for complexity. Excellent in Pisco Sours and in any cocktail calling for pisco where layered aromatic complexity is wanted.
