At 75.5% alcohol by volume, that’s nearly double the level of typical rum. Wowza. All that alcohol means it’s highly flammable, so be responsible friends. Balance Bacardi 151’s punch by using it sparingly in sweet, fruity drinks, such as Hurricanes or Rum Punches.

The two places I called before I found Wooden Cork both put me on hold and forgot about me. One had a recorded message that said they would call me back and they did: 48 hours later! Luckily for me, I had already found Wooden Cork. When I called Wooden Cork, I was immediately connected to a human being on the order desk. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for (a particular gift for a friend) and patiently took me through the order process. I gave him an East Coast shipping address, and had to call him back about 10 minutes later because I had given him the WRONG address! He was very upbeat about it: helpful, kind, considerate. The address was corrected (again: it was MY error, not his) and the Bacardi was delivered as promised in a timely and well-packaged manner! The other two vendors have been deleted from my contacts. Wooden Cork is the only one I will contact in the future.

Packaged well for shipping, however bottle labelling was slightly pealed and had discoloration due to sun exposure/fading. I understand the rum is discontinued but was hoping for a better preserved item for the price.
