Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask is a straight bourbon finished a second time in sherry casks — the first five years in barrel make it bourbon, and the sherry cask adds a touch of sweetness and brings out a superior smoothness, distilled, barreled, and bottled by Wyoming Whiskey at 100 proof.

The double-cask process is the defining feature: after the bourbon reaches maturity in its primary barrel, a finishing period in sherry casks layers dried-fruit sweetness and roundness over the base spirit. Equally good straight up or on ice.
