Dom Pérignon Vintage 1996 is the prestige cuvée Champagne from Moët & Chandon for the 1996 vintage — a single-vintage tirage from one of the most respected vintage-only Champagne houses, hand-harvested from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grand cru vineyards in Champagne, France and aged on the lees for many years before disgorgement. The 1996 is widely regarded as one of the great Dom Pérignon vintages of the 1990s.

The 1996 vintage was officially declared by Dom Pérignon and is considered by many critics to be among the most age-worthy and structurally complete vintages of the decade. Each vintage develops its own character based on the growing season, harvest, and the cellaring decisions of the cellar master.
