The Busker Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey distilled from malted and unmalted barley in traditional copper pot stills — a single pot still expression in the historically Irish category that was nearly lost to history before its modern revival. Matured and finished in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for a rich, layered, spicy profile.

Single pot still Irish whiskey is a uniquely Irish category, distinct from Scotch single malt because of the use of both malted and unmalted barley in the same mash bill. The Busker is a contemporary expression of the category, with bourbon and sherry cask maturation producing flowers, honey, oak, fudge, and clove on the nose, intense spices and peppery notes balanced by toffee on the palate, and a long, warm, rich, spicy finish.
