Loch Lomond Open Special Edition Scotch is a tribute to the rich history and resilient spirit of the Loch Lomond Distillery. Founded in 1965, this special edition whisky pays homage to the legacy of the original distillery near Tarbet, dating back to 1814. The distillery faced closure in 1984 but was revitalized in 1987 by Alexander Bulloch and the Glen Catrine company. With a unique production setup that includes both Grain and Malt whisky, Loch Lomond Distillery has become a symbol of innovation and self-sufficiency.
