Pusser's British Navy Rum 15 Year. Pusser's Rum Ltd., Guyana & Trinidad — the oldest expression in the Pusser's lineup, a rich chestnut mahogany-colored rum carrying 15 years of aging with a burst of classic Demerara on the nose alongside marmalade, marzipan, cinnamon, and tobacco, full and rounded on the palate with syrupy spice, fruit, leather, dried sultanas, and soft oak — the authentic taste of Royal Navy rum at its most refined.

Pusser's is the original Royal Navy rum — the direct continuation of the Admiralty blend that was issued to sailors of the British Royal Navy for 330 years from approximately 1675 until "Black Tot Day" on July 31, 1970, when the daily rum ration was abolished. The Admiralty's blend combined rums from multiple British Caribbean possessions — primarily heavy pot still Demerara rum from Guyana and lighter column still rum from Trinidad — in a specific proportion that delivered the characteristic Pusser's flavor. In 1979, founder Charles Tobias received permission to produce the original Admiralty blend commercially under the name Pusser's (a sailor's slang for the "Purser," the ship's officer who distributed the rum ration).

The 15 Year represents the ultimate expression of that heritage: the same Admiralty blend DNA, aged 15 years. The Guyanese Demerara component brings the classic heavy pot still funk — marmalade, dried fruit, tobacco, leather — while the Trinidad column still rum provides balance and refinement.
