Prolijo Mezcal Tobala Blanco is an unaged single-varietal Oaxacan mezcal made from wild Tobala agave — a small, slow-growing highland agave prized for its earthy, fruity, honeyed complexity.

Tobala is one of the most labor-intensive agaves for mezcal, yielding little juice and producing a richly layered spirit. Bottled unaged to showcase the agave’s character.
