Poli Uvaviva Italiana is an Italian grape brandy from Poli Distillerie in Bassano del Grappa, Veneto — distinct from the family’s grappa range, the Uvaviva is distilled from whole grapes rather than pomace, producing a softer, fruit-forward brandy that bridges grappa and Cognac-style brandy traditions.

Poli Distillerie has been producing grappa and Italian spirits in Bassano del Grappa since 1898. The Uvaviva (“living grape”) Italiana applies the family’s distillation expertise to a whole-grape feedstock rather than the standard pomace base, producing a brandy with richer fruit character.
