Once a year, Garrison Brothers releases one of the most coveted expressions of Texas bourbon: Cowboy Bourbon. Rather than being destined for the Small Batch bottling, select favorite barrels are set aside for additional maturation under the intense Texas heat. Inside the distillery's steel barns in Hye, Texas, soaring temperatures drive the bourbon deep into the American oak and back again, extracting extraordinary color, richness, and concentrated flavor. The result is a bourbon powerful enough to command attention yet remarkably rich, balancing cask-strength intensity with deep sweetness, bold oak, and a lingering peppery warmth.
