Giffard Café du Honduras is a premium coffee liqueur made with fair-trade, single-origin Arabica beans from the mountains of Honduras, produced by Giffard in Angers, France.

The base spirit is distilled from sugar beet, the coffee is cold-macerated in alcohol, and the liqueur is sweetened with sugar-beet sugar — capturing the unadulterated aroma of earthy cold brew.
