Yuzu Bitters is a Japanese craft cocktail bitter built around yuzu — the distinctive Japanese citrus fruit prized for its intensely fragrant peel and tart, complex juice that combines qualities of lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit. Adds an unmistakably Japanese citrus signature to cocktails where standard orange or lemon bitters would be too generic.

Yuzu is one of the most prized citrus flavours in Japanese cuisine and bartending, with the peel particularly aromatic. At 27% ABV, this bitter is concentrated for cocktail use — a few dashes lifts a Martini, Gin Fizz, or Whiskey Sour into a Japanese register. Particularly excellent with Japanese gin and rice whiskey-based drinks.
