Dair Ghaelach means "Irish Oak", and this Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is aged initially in American Oak Bourbon Barrels and then finished in virgin Irish Oak Hogshead casks. An aroma of pot still spices, Irish Oak, and vanilla are followed by flavors of spice, chocolate, and honeycomb. This is the fifth Tree in the series, and each is unique so be sure to get your bottles before they're gone!
