Mata Hari Absinthe is an Austrian Bohemian-style absinthe from Vienna, produced continuously since 1881 by the Fischer family. Pale green in color with a milder anise bite than Swiss or French expressions, making it well-suited to cocktail use beyond the traditional rinse or finishing spritz. Named after the famed exotic dancer and convicted spy, capturing the mystery and intrigue of the namesake.

Bohemian-style absinthe occupies a distinct branch of the absinthe tradition — lighter on anise than the dominant French and Swiss styles, with more room for cocktail integration.
