Vicario Dragoncello Liquéur is produced by Renato Vicario and Janette Wesley using organically grown tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus — “dragoncello” in Italian) from their farms in Tuscany, Italy and South Carolina, USA. Tarragon produces a distinctive anise-adjacent, herbal, slightly medicinal character at 25% ABV.

Nose: Tarragon, anise-adjacent herbs, and light floral. Palate: Herbal and distinctive — tarragon character with sweetness and botanical depth. Finish: Long and herbal.
