Pastis Prado de Marseille is a traditional French pastis from Marseille — founded in 1923, smooth and refreshing in the classic Provençal aperitif style. Bottled in 1L format and produced by Pastis Slaur, a respected name in French anise spirits.

Pastis is the iconic Provençal aperitif, traditionally served with cold water that turns the spirit cloudy (the louche effect). Pastis Prado carries the regional character of Marseille and works equally well as an aperitif and as a flavoring for Provençal cooking, particularly with steamed mussels and seafood.
