The Dry Curaçao is part of Alexandre Gabriel’s revival of historical cocktail-driven liqueurs at Maison Ferrand. The drier style and cognac base make it a versatile cocktail ingredient — essential for classic cocktails like the Sidecar, Mai Tai, and Margarita where a less-sweet orange liqueur is preferred.
