Casa D’Aristi Xtabentún is the traditional Yucatán Mayan honey liqueur — produced by Casa D’Aristi in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico from fermented honey of bees that feed on the xtabentún flower (a regional morning glory variety), then blended with anise and aged rum. The result is a uniquely floral and slightly anise-forward honey liqueur tied to Mayan ceremonial tradition.

Xtabentún takes its name from the xtabentún flower, whose nectar produces a honey with distinctive aromatic properties. The liqueur has Mayan ceremonial origins predating Spanish contact, and is the signature traditional spirit of the Yucatán Peninsula. Casa D’Aristi, a small family distillery founded by Don Carlos Aristi, maintains the regional production tradition with local ingredient sourcing.
