Aged for seven years in ex-Sherry casks, this is a rich and elegant fruitcake of a whiskey. Look for a burnished gold hue and pear and spice aromas. The soft palate is loaded with figs, dates and cherries drizzled with maple syrup. This is a dessert-worthy, beautiful sipper.
