The solution was a companion expression — built on the same port-finished rye DNA as the standard Acts but with its own blend and cask selection, making it a distinct whiskey rather than a reprint. For collectors, The Encore fills a unique space in the High West archive: not an Act, but not a standard release either — a special edition for the most dedicated Midwinter Night's Dram enthusiasts.
