Pine Barrens Barrel Aged Gin is a barrel-aged gin from the Pine Barrens craft producer — a gin laid into oak casks for added wood, vanilla, and color character on top of the traditional juniper-and-botanical gin base, blurring the line between gin and lightly aged whiskey.

Barrel-aged gin sits in a distinctive corner of the gin category — the cask contact softens the juniper edge and introduces wood and spice character not found in standard London Dry or contemporary gin styles.
