The Nolet family is one of the great dynasties of Dutch distilling. Founded in 1691, their Schiedam distillery has been passed through eleven generations, with the current chairman Carolus Nolet — the 10th generation — also responsible for launching Ketel One Vodka in 1983. NOLET'S Silver was conceived as a radical departure from the juniper-forward tradition: a gin whose three headline botanicals are rose, peach, and raspberry, making it the benchmark expression of what has become known as the "floral gin" category.

The production method is what distinguishes NOLET'S Silver from most gin. Each of the three signature botanicals — Turkish rose, white peach, and raspberry — is individually macerated and distilled in small copper pot stills before being blended with the base gin, which retains classic botanicals including juniper, citrus, orris root, and licorice. The result is extraordinarily smooth for a 47.6% ABV spirit and genuinely floral — not in a perfumed, overwrought way, but in the way of a garden in bloom.
